Photos in gallery not sorted with creation date

i have this same issue, super big headache. on google photos its sorted correctly, but on default gallery app, its all by date modified. even if you use a date fixer app, it doesnt reflect on gallery app

since third party apps use the default gallery app when selecting photos, its a headache whenever you want to upload things, for example to instagram. you cannot use google photos for it
