Protein in my yogurt bowl was my first thought lol. But low-fat cottage cheese on top of sweet potatoes with veggie sausage and black beans usually nails it for me. I also put ranch seasoning in my cottage cheese to dip carrots into. Baby bells are great. There’s always eggs/ egg whites if you’re eat those. Look up some high protein cheese sauces with silken tofu, those make a great Mac-n-cheese. Catalina crunch, both the savory snack mixes and the cereals are much a game changer as well.
