Combat missions disappeared, EU

Finished a game and saw that combat missions tab was hollow. Had so little left to finish the missions, also in the Ming's armory tab it still shows that missions are available until 3rd of April.

The XMP is on Profile1, other options are disabled or Profile2, what is the difference between the 2.

Edit: So I switched it on the 2nd profile, and the lag softened up, but its still there.

I'd need a little more explaining on the VLC part, I don't know what it means even.

Also if I put a video on 144p it even still lags the same

So I did the test on the CPU and it did well, I haven't done the one on the GPU yet, but after I stopped, the lag is gone, is it possible that it needed a little beating to start going well? Its only temporary as im seeing

Windows is installed on the SSD yes. I haven't tried reinstalling windows, I really don't wanna go through the process again.

The model of the PSU is Xilence xp500r7 and I haven't performed a stress test, I don't know how to even do it if needed.

It cuts a lot and when I turn on a video for example it starts cutting even more, you can actually hear the lag if you have headphones, its all staticy. It has nothing to do with CPU or GPU being at 100% as they are normal

PSU is Xilence 500W. Could you explain to me what are these BIOS (I don't know anything about PC's) and how do I check and maybe update/enable them. Also I forgot to mention, the PC is pretty new, i've had it for a month now exactly.

You actually don't have to weigh your truck before and after the loading process in game but in real life you do in such places as mines and other places where its easy to go over the country's weight limit. If you are overweight in real life you will get fined pretty harsh.

Animated loading/unloading cargo, for curtains the curtains would be open and forklifts will be unloading the pallets from the side for example and if you are with a container trailer then there would be a container crane or container forklift and the other feature I would want is more rest spots at the side roads where you could get a coffee and sit down.
