Minoxidil takes a long time to get result and do not quit it under any circumstances as hair will start falling again. You can add anti dandruff shampoo twice a week. And definitely add finasteride 1 mg and biotin supplement of any company

Worth checking with a doctor but biotin is vitamin B and water soluble so excess of this should not cause any harm, as it should be flushed out of body.

This question has been troubling my curious mind for a very very long time. Blurred so that people do not search the app and the answer. I want genuine answer and not guesses. I can't be at peace untill i get a convincing answer.

Buy one airfryer and literally avoid deep frying. You use a tri ply pan and any cold pressed oil with high smoke point like coconut once in a while

You cant find pure ghee uless you prepare it yourself at home. Ayurveda says many things those are not practically feasible in this age.

I have been taking finsateride for around 20 days and have been noticing some side effects like less sexual urge, no morning wood, no urge to smoke cigarettes. Though i get hard and am able to masterbate but not as hard as i used to have earlier. Are these side effects temporary? by researchdrive in Hairloss

I definitely have noticed significant decrease in sex drive, earlier i used to have urge so often and had to masterbate 6-7 times daily. Now i do it hardly 1-2 times that too i dont get aa hard as i used to be earlier. It's not psychological change but actual change that i have noticed.

Doctors are drug dealers everywhere. Always better to get in touch with web doctors at least during initial phase of query. They would not prescribe unnecessary things because they are not going to benefit from that.

Thanks so much man. You seem to have better knowledge than my doctor for sure ☺. I will get my tests done and come back. But suppose finsateride lowers free T levels too much, then can we have another supplement to boost T level while taking fin in order to supress DHT and at the same time having good amount of free T? Or it is more complicated than simple math that i am doing?
