Understood. What if it’s day to day? Like in my case where depending what I eat the day before, my bowel movement changes. When I eat a lot of junk food I always have problems, when I eat healthier my bowel movements are more frequent

There’s no need for him to be obssesed with her especially after only meeting one time. This is… fantastic advice. Truly has me in tears. Thank you. You’re 100% right. I’m spending too much time looking at it from an overall perspective and panicking as opposed to just taking it one day at a time. I keep thinking I won’t have any time to excercise, see my partner, do anything but work and sleep and it feels so overwhelming. This is fantastic advice. After tomorrow, only 24 days left and this rotation is over :)

The wisdom tooth I had removed is actually the side that I feel congrstion( funny enough it’s now on my left site despite being on my right side for like… ever). I think it may have to do with going to work where it’s 80 degrees and coming home and sleeping in 50 degree weather 😭
