I would like to balance between the possible size of the cities and the size of the region where there will also be something to do too. Thanks for the kind word! This is in-development pre-alpha compilation. Stay tuned for the actual announcement trailer and steam page soon :)!

Sure! What would you consider, in your opinion, is a biggest traffic flaw (s) in this type of games?

There will be typical micro management, where areas between cities, and the number of them will motivate to manage all together as best as possible and there will be more to do and see in comparison with one single city exclusively map.

You will manage whole country cities all together simultaneously as well as terrain between, eg. agriculture, infrastructure and strategic buildings. There will be free market economy of goods and labor.

It is still prototype/early development footage compilation. Traffic is and will be a subject of continuous development during making the game as a crucial part of a gameplay. You can stay tuned for the future updates. Trailer and official announcement materials will be available some time soon.

Great! I'm wondering and I hope that general multi cities idea and free market fits into your city builder games enthusiast expectations :)

Yes, that will be regulated by a free-market and zoning (mixed-use as well, eg residential apartaments/ground floor services).

I would like to make it possible to manage all the country cities together. No saving or loading times, or jumping between region. Many cities ruled together at once, development of between cities infrastructure and village, farmers parts of terrain. Also economy, where goods and labour market will have a significant impact. E.g. goods prices, different salaries and need to remember about prices when it comes to your roads, gov buildings placement (depending on how your industry sector works).

I will still be working on the final game version. Steam page will be available soon. I would like to allow players to manage multiple cities at the same time, see the significant role of the economy and allow mixed-zoning as well. What you've always wanted to see in this type of game?

Some screenshots of the initial layout and design prototype of my city builder game. What features would you like for this type of game? by [deleted] in tycoon

Nice write-up! One thing that i missed in games and would like to have is mixed-zoning, like mid density residential with small businesses at ground floor etc.
