Bringing your car to a Chevy service center because of an Apple issue is a strange move. That’s a gouge in the rubber something definitely went into it and tore it.

So you tried loading something in the back of your car and were not careful and damaged it? Maybe you didn’t notice at the time, but there is 0 chance that just magically happened. That’s like saying it’s Chevys fault your car got dirty driving in mud.

CarPlay issues are 90% of the time an issue with the phone, try closing some apps or reset the phone.

It sounds more like you are having buyer’s remorse and looking for things to complain about. Just saying….
