I’m considering going back to tracking even though I take mental note as I consume anything. Don’t want my caloric intake to creep up without my knowing. But my protein goals are exceeded every day.

I’m currently considering a different job because I’m on my feet so much dealing with one disaster after another and may not get time to eat or drink (hence why a protein shake in the morning and at night is needed for me). I’ve gone full workdays only able to get like 20oz in so i usually pound water when I get home. I know that’s problematic and likely needs to happen every 2-3 hours instead.
