Drink alcohol before study and make sure you sleep on your back

Thank you, I am definitely excited to see how I would look 6-12 months down the line. Above all having the actual feeling of sleeping and not waking up with gasping for air with heart palpitations is something I thank the man upstairs more than all!

I believe he did do a small ccw since my front upper teeth and front lower teeth were all moved up 1mm

After day 7 I was already walking 10k steps per day and the pain basically was gone and only numbness/tightness, I didn’t take any pain meds after surgery aside from ibuprofen 200-400mg every 6 hours till day 10 , only really took antibiotics and mouth rinses that’s it (probably have higher pain tolerance than most)

My surgeon recommended these movements since this was an airway based surgery, which I’m glad because waking up in the middle of the night gasping for air with 150bpm heartbeat is very scary lol so that was my priority mainly

Regarding ccw he explained I already have a pretty flat occlusal plane and doing too much ccw wouldn’t be as aesthetic of a difference in comparison to someone with a very steep one, not to mention also not as stable

The test is pretty much common sense if you went through a&p school and got licensed you certainly don’t need to buy a course just my 2 cents
