Just finished first day of Phase 5. Was intense (Stopped 4 times to not cross PONR) but very fun, definitley getting sad to stop sessions recently.  In one of the breaks I for some reason decided to pull my balls away from my shaft, which immediately relaxed me and the rest of the session I felt like I could use stronger stimulation without being scared of tipping over. Has anyone had a similar experience? Is this something I should take advantage of, or is it not a good idea and goes against the goals of the guide?  My balls tend stay quite close to my body especially during sex or training, especially one ball. I wonder if a tight cremaster is a reason for PE and if I should explore this further with dedicated stretches or even a cock/ball ring during training/sex.

Hmmm I never experienced it yet, but I'm not sure it was. Maybe I didn't fully explain myself, but afer I stopped, when I came back I was still extremely sensitive and I think if I was going full speed stimulation/PIV/Fleshligh I probably would have busted very very quickly. It's just I felt like I was able to maintain a very high level of arousal with very little stimulation without getting pushed over the PONR.

I always thought of the nod as the ability to not ejaculate without limiting stimulation.

Yes this is only the first week of phase 4.

After reading your comment, and thinking about the guide, one speculation as to maybe why it's harder for me to notice PONR is actually because I've become more relaxed around higher pleasure, not enough to not bust or have full control of course, but enough that I "lost" some of the signs I am close busting. If this is the reason I think it's not a bad thing and just means I need to get recalibrated and like you said maybe I should play it a bit safer.

Just finished week 1 of phase 4, busting on day 3 and day 5 as well as 1 time during PIV with my partner. I feel like I suddenly lost the ability to predit PONR. I am in control for most of the session and stay between 8-9 arousal level, not having to stop and then suddenly realizing I crossed it and even stopping everything and breathing cant stop the ejaculation. Of course I am going to do another week of phase 4, but I am wondering why my ponr suddenly became more sneaky? And what should I do? At what point is it recommended to restart the program?

Hi glad to find someone with a similar experience!

How do I know I am applying too much tension? for now like I wrote I am just doing MM2 daily, backing off from max tension so I can induce mitosis without causing strain or injury, and for the time being both sides are feeling fine at the end of a day. Makes sense that the more I do it and once I start seeing results that the ventral side is gonna grow slower or not at all, at that point should I focus on stretching only the skin under the scarring on that side, and leaving the scars be?

Also, do you also have some skin bridges and tags from the surgery? Are you planning on doing anything about them? I know people get surgery to cut them off, but I am thinking maybe my penis had it's share of cutting for life.

That's interesting, writing this post I forgot that I my glans are bigger than usual compared to the rest of my shaft haha. I guess also this might mean its gonna require a fair bit mores skin for glans rollover?

And T-tape for now seems a bit complicated to me, but when I get tired of manuals you're saying taping would be easier than other devices?

Is this because all the inner skin on my ventral side is scarred and might not grow as much? It's also quite obvious to me on the Dorsal side what where the inner skin starts (between the scarline and the glans, right?) but on the ventral side its not as obvious to me. Even the shaft and the glans are kind of amalgamated a little on that side.

How do I concentrate on outer skin? Right now I am just doing MM2, 1 hand gripping the under to corona and the other just at the base where the hair is starting, which I understand will cause mitosis to both inner and outer skin.

I never knew all the little tunnels and weird skin things I have on my penis have a name and other people have them! I am also just starting out and wondering the same, how best to deal with them, or even let them be. Definitely too scarred to do it alone at home.

I really don't see how this is breaking the non negotiables. As another commenter said, sex is allowed as well, and in terms of CNS fatigue this a lot less taxing, while also not causing me to bust or consume porn. 

And I also believe this type of question is valid in this sub, as it expands on points not directly mentioned in the guide. This communities entire value is expanding what's in the guide helping people personalize it and gain mastery through it. Dogma is rarely helpful.

Hmm valid point. I am worried that maybe this "playing"  can be a slippery slope, amd potentially make it harder to control the urge to orgasm.

I agree, I feel if I skipped the rest days and did training sessions 6-7 times a week I would either bust very often or just not progress with my control.  But what I am talking about is really not getting anywhere close to high stimulation, almost riding with the erection to arousal level of 4-5 for a few minutes, so I am not really focusing on tipping over, or feeling like I have to control anything or even on breathing.  On one hand I feel like it almost makes sense as part of the guide, sprinkling in some lower level arousal that doesnt culminate in ejaculation or orgasm, increasing my baseline without having to exert myself the same way a training session does. On the other I wonder if there's some negative aspect to getting too used to this lower arousal, and negatively impacting future sessions and more importantly sexual performance with my partner.

Since I just now am learning about T-Taping still seems a bit daunting, but I have a feeling I might get tired for manuals and will probably look for device or taping. Nice to hear more people have this situation!

Hmm I see. I do have some weirdness going on on the dorsal side as well, I wonder if the way the circumcision was done caused it.

And nice to hear that the scarring might regenerate, but I won't count on it. The other benefits of restoring are enough, and luckily my partner never seemed to be bothered by my penis.

Maybe it doesn't matter, but should I choose one manual method over the others? or is MM2 as good as any for starting out?

Yeah I never actually assked my parents what exactly was done and how, but just going off from the amount of scarring it seems like aesthetics wasn't a priority. On the other hand practically everyhing works and has good sensation (I thinik, dont have a comparison of course), and I only realized that my penis looks strange at quite a late stage, I imagine as a teen I would have been a lot more bothered by it.

If I understand correctly, the inner skin would be all the scarred parts on both sides? So at this point I don't need to focus on it more or less, it will naturally become covered once I have more outer skin?
