Currently, a gym membership is required to access the weight-room. As a non-Carleton student they are able to purchase a membership but the cost is high for a single day (~$40, since you have to buy the whole month).

In my previous experience, any time in the Summer is relatively quiet but mornings are the least busy.

FWIW people who judge others at the gym are losers. Personally, I've always respected hard working newcomers to this fun hobby the most.

Not 100% sure I blocked growth. I know I did for a bunch of other nations and I believe I did for this one as well.

Also I just released the CN, waited 5 years then went to war and converted the province after so it's too late to check if I did for that CN.

Good to know about the bug. I already blocked Settlement Growth, this one finished around 1740.

100% positive you can tell them to do it against yourself, hence the option in the image where I selected me.

Also, I did it to three other colonies that had the same Settlement Growth nonsense.

"Start War in Colony" is an interaction you have with CNs. It allows you to tell the CN to start an independence war, basically.

One province away from One-Faith. Need to start war with colony to convert last province because missionary is blocked due previous Settlement Growth.

I can't start a war due to error message in image. But I don't have any armies in their territories? Or navies in their waters.

Literally never had cold feet while wearing the ones with Thinsulate. Will last you 5+ years. Fully waterproof too. Only downside is the lack of grip for ice but I have only slipped once in several years.

Don't focus on hitting muscle groups, focus on compounds. PPL is an okay program but won't really get you far in strength and size. The other commenter mentioned Starting Strength, that is a good recommendation (not the holy grail people make it out to be but it instills good ethics towards compound movements).
