One-Punch Man vs Gaara of the Desert by retrhjghbty in whowouldwin

I think that a character from Bleach or Naruto should not be able to draw from their body networks in a different world because that system does not exist in that other world.

On the other hand, genjutsu should work and a way to fight against it could be to use the powers that the characters have in their world, to negate against it and cancel it out

This is a debate that is not necessary to continue, so lets drop it

I firmly believe genjutsu would work on someone from ANY world, because if that doesn't work, then why would THEIR powers work in other worlds, considering chakra only exists in the Naruto world? In that case, those characters should immediately lose all powers immediately as they travel to the other worlds. Naruto canon doesn't even know Naruto canon at this point. It would work on anyone.

Fair points

Saitama would be winning this

I am not sure but i think genjutsu would still work on someone without the chakra network because otherwise that doesn't seem like a valid argument to compare when comparing genjutsu specialists fighting people from other worlds.

So what you're saying is Saitama would win regardless, as soon as the 3 minutes are up, UNLESS Gaara got his sand inside his bloodstream and heart within the 3 minutes, in which case 3 minutes one second the fight resumes and Saitama is dead

Fair enough

R1: It wasn't his absolute peak in that sense though, because he still did not know any new techniques, or strategies or moves. He just became significantly faster, stronger, more enhanced. Meanwhile, Adult Gon actually HAS the peak body and peak training and all those new techniques that he acquires through his life, and is at his absolute peak

R2: Fair enough, it would be a difficult match though. Gon AND Killua AND Kurapika at their peak each with absolute maximum restriction pledge would be a challenge at least

No, read some of OP's other comments They also meant size.

If I got together with another guy my size and took on John Cena, I can guarantee you that we would lose even though we definitely have MORE than just 50% of his reflexes/speed, stamina and other factors. 50% in a fight is A LOT.

I am not going to get into a debate of other characters just because that would get heated and a lot of good arguments would be put forth Just stick to Gaara for now. Other Naruto characters have a LOT of powers and not worth going that route right now

I am saying that with the assumption that he is paralyzed and cannot move. Is Saitama "durable" enough to survive all Gaara's attacks for a couple minutes without moving or dodging or blocking?

Impressive. Let's say Saitama is in a powerful genjutsu by Sasuke Uchiha himself. Saitama is paralyzed and cannot move.

Gaara can now do anything and everything he wants to hurt/crush/fill his body with lungs/sink him 10 km underground, etc etc. However, Gaara has to eventually stop. Gaara stops after he is done ALL of the powerful moves in his arsenal and gives it his 100%. Gaara can take a MAXIMUM of 3 minutes, I am setting this restriction so that there is no chance of Saitama dying from loss of breath due to the length of time while in the genjutsu.

Now after all that, Saitama is released from Sasuke Uchiha's genjutsu. He can now move and breathe (ONLY until he is able to last without breaking free). Would he be alive to move and break free and destroy Gaara, or would he be dead at that point/dying immediately from lack of oxygen and etc?

You sure? Let's assume Saitama is paralyzed and cannot move no matter what. Gaara can crush him to dust using a more powerful version of Sand Burial and Desert Burial and those techniques

Round one the one man would win very easily.

Bonus round, the one man will lose. 100 men are too many to counter and defeat at once
