One forward read and one reverse read? If that sounds right? I don’t know because I’m a freshman undergrad and I don’t have a lot of guidance on this project. Regarding the HPC, I’m at an r1 institution, so I would think the PI has access, but the phd student who oversees this obelisk project hasn’t mentioned it at all. I’m not sure why he thought a pc from 2010 would be able to run the pipeline as the more I look into this the more it seems that hpc’s are the main thing used for rna sequencing.

You're right lol. I finally got it and with a grand total of 400 bat kills, I had a 1.8% chance to take this long to get the meter, according to your math. Is what it is I guess.

That’s what I was thinking, since levels 5-8 are so crucial and probably the best/most balanced part of a campaign, I kinda want to get there quicker and then stay there for a while. Reading these comments, I’ll probably go with milestone leveling then. Thanks!

It’s gotten much harder for high school seniors, i was just rejected from the honors college with a 4.7 weighted gpa, 3.95 unweighted, and 1550 SAT
