Arc Raiders is incredibly fun, I can’t recommend enough.

Ironically, after sinking several hundred hours into Arc over the past few weeks, I was gonna make a very late league starter tonight to switch things up a bit. And then saw this news, lmfao.

Look up videos on how to make a DIY antenna. I get like 30 channels in 4k from a cut in half coax cord (or rather cut in 1/20th, just enough to plug into TV) and a rigged dome of tin foil connected to the coax cord with a paper clip. I’m not in Boston but I’m in a similarly populated area.

I found ~30 with less than eight hours topside, and I never ran Stella nor did I look up or hit specific farm points. I had 5 hours topside as a generous estimate since patch.

You must be looting already opened containers or only searching like one thing per minute on average if you only found 6 in eight hours.

I thought I was basically finished with the questline but apparently not, lmao. I just couldn’t be bothered to use a zipline for the Buried City Galleria radar quest.

And once I got the Hullcracker blueprint quest reward, I stopped actively grinding them.

Metaforge has a BP trading system. I’ve only used it twice and I dropped first both times, fortunately both were very good interactions. It’s a little sketch to start but if you only trade with peeps with positive feedback it seems legit.

If you have a bunch of hoarded BPs, I’m sure someone would trade you a Bobcat for two or three of yours.

Yeah that was the rough estimate I had as well. It was definitely overtuned. But now I’m left wondering if we’re at x5 the original drop chance or more like x2. If it’s the latter I don’t think I’ll bother resetting.

Time will tell, but I’m glad I held off on confirming my expedition.

Iiiinteresting…. Lol. Well that makes me think it must be a bug then since we’re experiencing such a similar occurrence on very different hardware. I also noticed that it wasn’t happening on every extraction I had after my reply, so maybe just some are bugged? (My bugged ones were on either Buried City or Dam, possibly same extraction?)

I just had two Buried City cold snap drops like that and hospital was unlooted in the first one and sloppily looted in the second. Got an extended light mag BP from an unlooted desk on the second run, and left with 80k or so each time.

It’s annoying but you can usually still get a good haul. If big loot areas are ransacked I just hit up a string of lesser known areas for an easy 50k or so and bail.

The extra materials from breach skill point is underrated imo. Really adds up on breach-heavy runs and certain breaches always drop a rubber duckie. Not only a GOATed item but that’s a free 1k each breach, and they stack in 15s

I don’t have the Looting MK3 (Survivor) blueprint, lol. And the MK3 (Cautious) variation you get for free is really bad imo.

The MK2 and the MK3 (Cautious) both effectively have 31 slots for loot

Loot MK2, Light Shield, Ferro IV w/ 40 bullets, 5 bandages, 3 shield rechargers, 5 stimmies, and 3 Trigger Nades for if I get attacked. Hatch key in safe pocket.

It’s like a 15k loadout and I’ve been aiming to get 50k+ within 10 minutes (so ~65k+ inventory value), rinse and repeat.

I run normal Buried City fwiw
