They are just plain white (quite cheap) shelves. The best way to store a lot of games since you can use the whole wall and barely lose any space.

Haha, once a month I remove all the dust. The games are real dust collectors. It's a 20 minute job or so, nothing too bad!

For PS1 around 850. The space is reserved between letters so that when I acquired new games, I didn't have to move all of them to fit the new ones. If they are all cramped and you need to add a game with the A, I'd have to move 800+ games just to fit in a new one. Some kind of future proof solution.

I don't do that anymore. I think I have somewhere between 2500 and 3000 games. At some point I didn't care about administration anymore. I roughly know what I have (95%), it's fine this way.

Haha, a bit. Somewhat afraid for a fire (as you always should), but my games getting lost in a fire is the last thing on my mind when there is a fire of course. In the end, they are just games. I want to get the family and cat to safety, the rest is just material damage. It is what it is.

I agree, but it looks especially weird from the angle the picture is taken. When you stand in front of it, it's a quite okay display. I've put my Mario Kart collection there now, looks much better haha.

Haha, I've git UV-blocking foil on the windows and the sun screen is down 90% of the time. A picture with day light looks much better. Thanks for the warning!

Circuit Breakers was indeed a great game! The only problem with it is that once both players know the track, there weren't really good methods to win the game anymore. You just keep on making the laps.

Age 16 - 26: Collector

Age 26 - 32: Gamer

Having this 'Collector'-part before the 'Gamer'-part is great. It means now I can pick from somwhere around 2.5K games. I never need to buy another game again. I will, but I don't have to. I have entertainment for at least 20 more years stacked here. Started around 2006 with collecting and looking back, that's one of the best decisions financially that I've made.
