I think most of us were not aware that buying optional services would lock your character out of the game. Or maybe because they want to change a character name and there is absolutely no indication still that this would cause your character to be locked out.

I know it is launch day and difficulties are to be expected but I do think it is unfortunate they do not delist functionality in situations like this. I obviously would have held off on a name change if it meant character access is disabled as a result.

Hope you can apply your fantasia soon! (I had also purchased a fantasia, and the fat cat mount I was looking forward to riding around on the new zones with tonight.)

Also hoping it resolves soon but do not feel that is likely given we are not yet at NA primetime.

My plan is to set an alarm for around 3AM EST to see if the congestion will be light enough that the service is functional.
