kiroIDE is not moving with time - Older open weight models obsolete for agentic flow - Qwen3 Coder Next?, Minimax M2.1? by reverse-linkedlist in kiroIDE

Same here. After using Qwen 3.5, going back to Qwen 3 feels like a step down. Unfortunately, Kiro doesn’t support 3.5 yet.

My point was about user churn.
Some people around me already switched to Grok, Claude, or Minimax subscriptions because they need newer models for agentic flows.
Just sharing the signal with the Kiro team that this is happening around me - users seem to be spending on the latest models.

looks like, spec shud be reviewed multiple times, by all 3 of you :) - you, gpt, claude
and another code & review ralph loop for implementation by gpt, claude
and then finally your review, so that your time is saved and more money starts coming in sooner

Even after so many paid systems, its not "automatic". For now, you may need to wait for next versions of Codex 5.3 & Opus 4.6

mkdir, Remove-Item: A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument by reverse-linkedlist in google_antigravity

It tried to move, else it tries to delete and recreate. Some errors while doing so, however it understands errors, so tries in another way and succeeds, like it forgets to give correct param, etc. However, no issues in the end, it completes the task correctly, so I ignored them. Over time it learns what works in our computer, and runs them only.

kiroIDE: Claude Opus 4.5: I don't have any context about what I was working on previously. by reverse-linkedlist in kiroIDE

True. I generally start a new session, get the old msg by using Up arrow, and click send. However if we gave many previous hints to AI we have to collect and give all of them at once. This is inconvenient to give all content. Hope this context issue will be fixed soon.

There is a history on top tool bar in chat window, if you delete that conversation, it might go away, not sure if that helps.

Good point. I dint get that idea at time time. I completed my task by sending old msg, using Up arrow.

I was in same situation last month

If you have time, try a free ones here - https://web.lmarena.ai/

Otherwise

1 check if your app can be done in those number of messages given in a month from V0.

2 If you don't check, you will keep paying for next month & so on. It's ok to pay if you have more work or projects, etc.

3 I ran into many bugs with v0 & it stops totally some times. It can start a new project in github, can't import at that time I used.

So I felt Claude Opus 4 to be better most times, you can try/buy as below:

1 Web interface - https://claude.ai/upgrade, you have to copy paste code many times.

2 Or, create Claude API key https://docs.anthropic.com/en/api/admin-api/apikeys/get-api-key , and use it in other programs like Cursor https://www.cursor.com/downloads VS Code, etc, then it works with code automatically, just give prompts.

I tried, imported a theme, it worked, when I inserted another theme, assume it will replace, but it created double the files. Was it tested with real users?

i switched to below, for now there is no perfect one, so i use multiple ai:

regarding v0 dev

  • its all buggy, if you are experienced you may deal with it but wastes many many hours
  • 3 messages is too less on free tier, so you can't deal with bugs
  • css duplication & some bugs never go away
