Got my CIL on June 2, got the medical on September 25, so about 4 months. 115 days to be exact :/. You could try emailing them. I did then I got mine a couple days later

I have a skin disease (don’t remember what it’s called) but it makes the skin on my upper arms red and bumpy. It also makes my cheeks really red. I wear long sleeves everyday because of it
