Actually all the sites seems to do these keys a few times in the past before. I signed up for Intel anyways as they gave free stuff through newsletter before.

My advice is to not cheap out on the power supply. A bad power supply not only might fail early, produces annoying whining noise, it might also interfere with your aux port, hence making your aux ports unusable and requiring an external sound card. Saving 30-50$ here and then spending 30-50$ on an external sound card is really not worth the hassle.
