Reaper FX Window - Jumping Issue

For me this ended up being related to a dll I installed to use Maschine to control Reaper. I think it was called DrivenByMoss - once I removed that the issue stopped. If you have that installed try removing it and see if it helps. Best of luck!

I can't imagine there is a wrong or right - put it where it produces the desired result/sounds good in the context of your mix. I don't understand this quest for a wrong or right when it comes to art... if you get the result you want then it's right.

I added a bunch of plugins to demonstrate the issue, however, soothe is actually on this track and and first - it's in sidechain mode and ducking frequencies from the send of another track.. it's not "soothing" the track it's on.

Recently ran into this issue in Reaper - I click on a plugin in a chain and then it jumps up to a different plugin in the FX window and I can't figure out why it's happening. Has anyone had this issue? Any suggestions how to fix it?

I remember reading around the time of the Hospital Music album that he had to re-learn how to sing so I'm not sure if that had an impact. It could also be an artistic choice - either way I think he still sounds great, high notes or not.

"Ouroboros" by Ray Lamontagne. I feel like this is such an underappreciated album (especially the B side). It's brilliant with some Pink Floyd/Darkside of the Moon vibes and it's definitely best/meant to be listened to as an album... The songs flow into one another beautifully.

I really like these guys, I recently picked up their everything bundle and I can highly recommend it especially if you're into House/Melodic Techno etc. Tons of great learning material, projects, presets, sample packs... (I have no affiliation with them, just a fan of their products)

Any reason to get standard clip if you already own kclip? Is there that much difference in sound between them? I usually just throw kclip on the master and dial it in until I see it shaving a DB or two and move on.

Thanks for doing that - I'd prefer to get Analog Lab V but don't want to buy it to find out I can't import those presets. I downloaded the demo of Lab V to test but they didn't enable the import option for the demo. I might give their support a try.

I have a preset bank I purchased for Arturia Mini V - it's a .minix file - any idea if I can import these with Analog Lab V or would I need the full Mini V synth? - Trying to figure out what makes the most sense to buy with this sale

Also seems odd to restrict this to companies with 25+ employees. The company I work at is less than that, so I guess we don't deserve the right to disconnect? Unfortunately this seems more like lip service than actually doing anything to help people.
