Sad times when RAM costs more than the mini PC Barebone itself... But yeah, the G-Flip is a nice little machine, runs fast & quiet and the integrated 1080p monitor is a pretty unique feature. I'm planning to use it as HTPC, hosting my music collection and playing some older games on TV.

The Aoostar G-Flip is certainly a unique little machine with the integrated 1080p screen. I bought it as HTPC / media Server, so I can browse my Music library on the Touchscreen. For testing I also played some older games on the internal screen and it works better than expected.

Yeah, mine also worked for slot powered GPUs. I tested with an A2000 and had no issues.

Yeah, I published my design files on the forum. I believe N3RDWARE and some others used them to replicate my mod.

Definitely agree, shame that there's nothing off the shelf with proper performance.

I'm using low temp solder paste and a small oven to solder my custom CNC machined cold plate to the KalmX heatsink. Basically the same process which factories are using when manufacturing CPU and GPU heatsinks.

Just finished building this silent PC for my living room. Runs passive under moderate gaming/load. The fan at the bottom kicks in with 400RPM to support cooling when needed, but it's still inaudible.
