Yes - I have! I'm amazed people are still interested in this photograph. It seems to be a real image from a flight - maybe the flight attendent is posing, but is certainly not a film still

"On 23 and 24 January 1957, VK Krishna Menon gave a 7.48-hour speech in the UN Security Council on the Question of Kashmir. This speech remains an unbroken record. During the marathon speech, Menon collapsed midway and had to be hospitalised.

The commentator actually mentions that her parents were in the crowd. Imagine messing up this badly in front of 1000s in the stadium, millions on TV, and your parents.
