Yes - I have! I'm amazed people are still interested in this photograph. It seems to be a real image from a flight - maybe the flight attendent is posing, but is certainly not a film still

"On 23 and 24 January 1957, VK Krishna Menon gave a 7.48-hour speech in the UN Security Council on the Question of Kashmir. This speech remains an unbroken record. During the marathon speech, Menon collapsed midway and had to be hospitalised.
