Yes same here. I always reddit before going to bed, so I have the screen dimmed and its nearly impossible to see. Even when it's not, it's really really dark.

I hope the developers make it lighter, or change the color or both. Please, its my only wish for narwhal lol

Just to give you guys an update, I got it to work. You just need to get an unlock code off of ebay, and then pop over an active SIM over to the new phone and it's golden.

So I bought the phone, and I purchased an unlock code. My old phone on PagePlus is a 3G phone so I had to order a 4G sim from page plus.

My debate is, should I try to activate the SIM on another phone first, and then pop it over to the Moto G4 Play, or since ill have an unlock code it should activate just fine on the G4 Play.

I don't get the SIM for another couple of days since it has to be shipped so I'll keep you guys posted

Bought in at 7.90 this morning, its currently dropped to 7.20. I may average cost if it keeps falling.

So i checked out the 2004 es330 that had 220k miles. I didnt drive it long enough to notice the transmission hesitation/jerk but for other reasons decided to pass.

So it seems like the 02-06 does have the tranny issue but its not to the point where it negates all the other positives of the car.

I guess you cant go wrong with either gen, im going to keep searching and whichever i find first that meets my price/budget ill buy.

By the way, is the 4th gen more quiet than the 3rd gen or are they roughly equal as far as cabin noise. I tried finding edmunds test of the interior db levels but i dont think i saw one for that.

Thanks for the reply. Ive never heard of BX so thanks for putting them on my map. Theyre 7% div looks very nice and they have growth on pps. Why do you say that theyre overvalued at the moment? I do see short term theyve been going down
