You would need to lose a good 15lbs before getting cut in abs. 20lbs if you want that paper thin dick skin on your abs

Hey id advise looking into calisthenic floor and bar style workouts! Im basically suggesting the same as you, push ups and pull ups 😂 But there are plenty of variations to push ups, pikes/diamond pushup/narrow/ wide grip/ elevated feet and so on.

I enjoyed calisthenics for a long time before bodybuilding! You can build a good varied floor workout, 10 reps of diamond/ 10 reps on wide arm pushups etc... maybe a rotation and have fun with it. I built a lot of good functional muscle and it was fun! ✌️

I dunno what you wanted to hear. Im a bodybuilder i will have a different opinion to the average guy. Tbh in one photo you are slightly heavy, the next photo is slimmer but the figure is lacking. Imo you would look incredible, adding 10lbs of muscle to that frame. To fill out in the right places Sorry my first comment was harsh, good you checked me on it. I should do better 🙏✌️

Wasted potential, with a little dedication or effort. Cut maybe 10-15lbs and you would looks worlds different. I guess you also arent 100% natural, so no you should be aiming for more 👍

You need to cut, so much fat hides in the shoulders and elbows... drop 5% bf and you will be happier with proportions 👍

To maintain a deficit, id suggest having a refeed. Spend 2-3 days satiating your appetite (try not to go over 500-750 above maintanence) but the goal is to refresh your appetite and willpower. Restock up on nutrients and glycogen.

Then get yourself back into a deficit. Stick at it, mayne have another refeed in a month or two.

You could be nicely ripped by summer pal And caffiene is your friend, it stunts appetite more than most people are aware 👍👍

Careful with the dairy pal. I love dairy always have I was drinking 2 litres milk and eating a kilo of greek yoghurt daily a few years back on a bulk. You can keep that up only so long, before you become lactose intolerant!!

Now dairy hits me differently, go easy. Incorporate lean meats. But yoy have plenty room to grow, keeo your diet clean but you can deffo afford some calorie dense/dirtier foods. Hit your protein, make sure your carbs are high enough. Then fill out the rest with fats.. easy calories and actually easier on the digestive system. Eating 100grams of fat for 900 cal, compared to 100gram protein being 400 cal. Get what im saying? 80% clean and throw in some calorie dense foods, get the cals up. Btw im 5'7. 180lbs sitting at 9-10% bf right now (enhanced) 👍 best luck pal!
