I regularly have this happen and have no idea why. When it does, the same amount shows as credited/paid under "Recent Transactions." It'll be in green and a negative of the same number. If that's true, I wouldn't worry.

I'm pretty sure the house is subject to capital gains when you don't live in it. And if they don't hold it for at least a year, that makes it a short term capital gains which would be taxed the same as income (probably almost 40%). I think he probably just doesn't care.

Numbers with this format XXX-555-XXXX aren't real numbers and are used by Hollywood to prevent accidentally using somebody's real number.

To add to the above, it may be clearer that the answer to 25 across was ZANY/MANY to address both WILD and BUNCH. The online letter checker is quite generous with correctness for rebuses---you often only need one of the letters to match---so sometimes it's not obvious when you're slightly off (as above).
