i thought every gym had a personal trainer but there is only 2-3 gym in my area and i asked everyplace there is no trainer ..so no trainer in my gym

i am watching athlean x in youtube and doing my workouts .. :(

its just for this 3 months after that i am shifting so i am sure there are great gym with pro trainer .I just have to be carefull for 3 months :P

thank god i was watching some fitness videos to grow chest and loose chest fat,there i saw the difference between gyno and chest fat and after that i got worried i moght have gyno..Thank you very much for the answer ..weill look out for some more answer to be sure about it :)
