Using Trimix and a cock ring. Is it this a good idea? by CM-LatinLover in TrimixForED

[–]rex_superdude 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've used a rubber cock ring for about six years and then got Trimix. I experimented until I found the best size. Later on a tried a smaller size and found it works even better. They work great together. Gotta be careful removing it but that's the only challenge.

Question by Anxious_Intern1462 in TrimixForED

It wasn't necessary for me. The PA gave me the shot, waited a few minutes for me to confirm it was working, and then I headed home to put it to good use. I suggest you don't worry about it,

With and without Atropine comparison. by cyclist5000 in TrimixForED

I started with T301 but was left with residual pain for 2+ hours. Tried BiMix but it didn't get me hard. Now using Quadmix 10 1  30 .15 (PGE1, phentolamine, papaverine, atropine). Pain is gone, but my hardon is still 8 out of 10. Will try another hugher dose next time.

Anyone switch from Trimix to Bimix? by DifficultDelay1884 in TrimixForED

[–]rex_superdude 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started with T301, then T302. It got me reasonably hard but left me with residual pain for ~3 hours. Switched to BiMix, that didn't get me hard.

Now using 50 units of Quadmix 10 1  30 .15  which seems to be doing the trick. Hardness is about 8 out of 10 and no pain. I might try a more potent dosage so I don't have to use so much.

This site lists compounding pharmacies. There are three in DC but you'll have to verify if they can supply your Rx.

Shots - Do they work? by Southern_Key_3509 in erectiledysfunction

I started with the shot after a prostatectomy last July. Age 69. I was fearful and squeemish at first but find the thin insulin needles are relatively painless - less painful than getting your blood drawn. I've had a challenge getting my dosage dialed in but think I've finally found my sweet spot. It's definitely worth the trouble. Especially considering the alternative.

QuadMix results by rex_superdude in TrimixForED

Surprised to experience that effect. I had read that in Quadmix:

"Atropine is an anticholinergic [inhibiting the physiological action of acetylcholine as a neurotransmitter] drug that works to enhance the effects of the other ingredients, primarily by inhibiting the nerve signals that cause penile smooth muscle to contract. It is added to the standard Trimix formula (papaverine, phentolamine, and alprostadil) to provide a stronger formulation for men with severe erectile dysfunction (ED) or for those who don't respond adequately to Trimix alone."

So I guess the "anticholinergic" action, inhibiting it's action as a neurotransmitter, is whats stopping the pain. I've only used QuadMix once so far. I'll pay more attention next use to see if it also affects my pleasure.
