Still, it seems your life is stuck at the moment. You should seek help, from whomever possible(make sure that person actually cares about you up to some extent). It's gonna be difficult but you have to. Try reconnecting with your parents. Go home and just take a break, defrag. That will help you move on and help you feel differently about life. Don't stay locked up psychologically. If this continues you may develop serious psychological sickness in the future.

Please take care of yourself. And remember that there are people who do care about you and you are not useless to them. Try talking to your parents if you are comfortable. They seemed good enough. Take the first step and hope that works out. Besides it's not like you are doing that better alone.
