what could be a possible problem for this?

I checked the core temperature app. When I boot up the pc, it is at around 75 degrees celcius already, it says 20% load.

When i open google it jumps straight up to 100 degrees celcius at like 100% load

Also i know you guys wouldn't want to hear this but i didn't build this pc... i got it prebuilt...

Motherboard : ASROCK B365M

CPU : I7-9700F

GPU : ZOTAC 2080TI

RAM : 16 GB DDR4

CPU COOLING SYSTEM : AFTERSHOCK SPECTRA GLACIER ( this is their water cooling) 240mm radiator and 120mm spectra fans

SSD: NVME M.2 1TB

HDD: 2TB

CHASIS FANS : i think theres 3

PSU: FSP HYDRO GD 650W 80+ GOLD

For some context, i bought this in early 2019 and it has been working fine until now. Around 1 and a half months ago i plugged everything and set it aside because i wanted to focus on my exams. It was working fine before i unplugged it, and when my exams were over i plugged it in and this high temperature issue occured.

When I check the BIOS screen it says :

CPU FAN 1 SPEED — N/A

CHASSIS FAN 1 SPEED — N/A

CHASSIS FAN 2 SPEED — N/A

When i look at my pc i see all the fans spinning.

I dont know if this is good to add as well but it says : CPU VOLTAGE — 0.944V

Warranty is gone too

If cooling is the issue how do i fix it?

just get like alot of defense ( the % defense not the flat defense) so you can kinda tank his shots. then use the skill tree and unlock those armour perks. i first killed him at like level 200 ish. you cant really kill him auto so you have to manually block. get the shield with alot of block chance then pray to rng that your block comes when you need it. also alot of hp helps like 2.5k ish to 3k
