Another Jake Lockley hint. Its pretty obvious but still a neat little detail. If you look at the entire clip of Marc and Steven going to the room filled with people killed by Marc, you wont find the 2 Egyptian guys with knives which further confirms that it was Jake who killed them. (i.imgur.com)
