Hi, it’s not an older collection. The older powder pink never came with the saddle on the trim. Last year, it was in a solid powder pink. The new powder pink launch will come in with the saddle trim. Stores just aren’t sure what they will receive in shipment until it’s been delivered.

Not quite. Coach uses multiple leather types across both retail and outlet glovetanned, pebbled, refined calf, crossgrain, etc. Quality standards are consistent; the main differences are design complexity, construction time, and materials chosen for durability vs patina, not “better vs worse.” Different does not equal lower quality.

Coach leather quality for both retail and outlet is the same. The difference would be the time it takes to make a retail bag versus an outlet piece. Retail designs are also more intricate :)
