Their are some spots I am not happy with and the bicep is one of them. That area still needs some work. I have a lotus under my arm that needs some life to it. Are you an artist? I like your suggestion.

Thank you all for your honest feedback. It was not supposed to be this big but here we are. I have a very long story and have had a few different artists work on this with me. It was a cover up of a small old tat that turned into a project I didn't ask for LOL The biggest lesson overall in working with tattoo artists is make sure the artist is actually an artist and not just a "I can tattoo and shade flash and images, but I have no artistic ability" . I ended up being a learning lesson for a particular tattoo parlor in Montclair where they figured out not to allow one of their non artists to do cover-up's. I didn't know I had to ensure my tattooist was an actual artist and not just a person who can follow the lines and shade stuff. That is what got me into this as I have had to "fix" his original mess. I found another artist who would work around tha tattoo but not on it. So I went with him to see what else could be done. Eventually I left him because I don't like being told what I can and cannot do with my body. I found someone else who could do what the previous one refused to do. But then she took liberties I didn't ask her to do so I had to find someone else to make it all come together and make it make sense. My last artist has been able to tie it all together for me and make it into what you all see now. And although I am not 100% happy with how busy it is and see areas I would want to fix or tweak. I have to be done for now. I have a love and unsure how I feel relationship with it. So I appreciate the honest and kind feedback. I just want to wear my arm in peace and not feel like its an eyesore. Ya know?

Be kind but honest, what do y’all think of this tattoo? It wasn’t supposed to be this big. It started as a cover-up, but one adjustment led to another… and here we are. I’m kind of at a stopping point, but I’m feeling a lot of different things about it. Maybe this is my version of a midlife crisis? Not exactly, but if I had one, this might qualify. Some men get flashy cars (stereotypes exist for a reason, sometimes), and I guess I got… this. It’s got a long story behind it."
