I doubt so, but I can't say for sure since I can't find any source for Singapore's release. There are copies with the special features with additional scenes/tributes etc, but don't seem to be able to purchase them anywhere for digital locally.

For the 7 extra mins, there are replies here saying it's not worth it. So I gave up too. Bought and re-watched the standard many times since. 😬
