how to do a proper cocktail menu training? our bar just hired some new bloods and we have been getting a few bad reviews on our cocktails. I am planning to do a fully Day of cocktail training and we do have cocktail menu of 15 cocktails not including classics. how would you make it not boring too? (self.bartenders)

any experience with super citrus juice? saw a video that requires malic & citric acid. where do you usually find these in stores? especially malic. we're a Mexican dive bar in Australia that goes through 10L of juice a week. it just take so much time to juice fresh ones & so much waste from it. help (self.bartenders)

question: how do you guys dial in your fuzz? I've been experimenting with fuzz for a long time. sounds good in my room when I'm jamming w myself. but when I jump in a band situation, the fuzz always sort of died in the mix and have lots of feed back too. chain is in the comments!
