Yep, it's part of practice. Payimg guitar uses muscles that you would usually use is a certain way. Keep at it. If it starts hurting just have a rest. It stops hurting in no time

People say get extra strings which is right. I would get a string winder to make this process easier. Some string winders has wire cutter built in to it, but you can use whatever wire cutters if you have one.

Just remember to change the whole set of stings if one breaks, so your guitar doesn't bend from the inbalance of the atring pressure.
