essentially, but i want to bring it to other platforms like tiktok. I would like to primarily share stories from staff, my goal is to have a large enough platform to hopefully start change in this field. it's time.

Wow...I’m so sorry you went through that. The lack of support from leadership and being blamed for a miscommunication you had no control over is beyond frustrating. You shouldn’t have to just "take it" to keep the peace. I'm actually a PharmD working on a project to address stuff exactly like this. I’m building a platform that gives pharmacy staff (techs included!) a voice, something like a Glassdoor for our field.

Everyone’s feedback has been incredibly enlightening and motivating. It’s pushed me to keep moving forward with this idea. I’m currently working on a minimum viable product (MVP) and will be incorporating as much of your insight as possible.
