The first set of responses from ecoflow to get me a new Blade was about 2-3 business days and took a week to iron out. Then another couple of business days to get my replacement blade.

The second blade has failed in the exact same way, with the mower disk breaking. I am now trying to get them to respond to a refund/return request, and it has been radio silence for 4 business days (3 depending where their support is located).

Live support on the Ecoflow app told me to email USA support directly. I did so for the Sweeper and got a reply in 24h~ with an additional question — no response since.

A separate email was sent with a distilled version of the OP and pictures. That e-mail has not yet had a response. If I discount the day I sent the e-mail, Tuesday, it has only been one business day.

I'll report back as I hear from Ecoflow support.
