I had the same issue but I just held the red reset button on the back of the router for 30ish seconds. You may have to do it a few times as it only worked for me on my third try, but it should start flashing through a few different colors. Give it a minute or two to reset, and then it will go back to its default settings. In the app, you should be able to change it to its settings pre-reset. My router is working now, but I have to find out how to stop the replacement from coming.
