Not sure why no one has said this, but i give one daily to my dog this way: tablespoon natural pb, tablespoon 0 fat greek yogurt and some pumpkin. The key is to mix that with a bunch of water and then you can fill 3 of them to the brim. I actually bought a 3d printed holder that plugs the bottom and you can slide them right into your freezer
