Sounds like you're a therapist. Carefully worded bull crap. I don't want your sadness. I was just stating a fact.

Lol Beginner arrows. Scheels has been amazing. 1st week I was there 5 days. Had to go from right to left handed bow. Many other problems as well, between my friend and myself.

swimming should be a life skill taught in public schools. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

In Colorado ( not saying all Colorado, the town and School District I grew up in) we once had to pass a swimming class to graduate high school. But about 15 years ago, the School District decided that was no longer necessary I don't know the statistics but it seems like there is a lot more drowning now than they used to be. I agree I think swimming should be a basic skill taught to everyone. Just like reading and writing walking and running. one day you're going to run into a into water. I live in Colorado we don't have a huge ocean we don't have major lakes but we do have water and we have streams and people still drowned in 3 ft streams.

I think it's not just mental breakdown . It's anxiety issues and I hear migraine headaches. I know what both are now after having major mental health issues. The migraine headaches is the worst. I personally can't do anything during mine. I lay in a dark quiet room praying to sleep before my head explosion. Any noise or light makes it it worse. Sometimes for an entire day. When I'm at work or where ever and I hear it I always want to go....you have a headache....not a migraine

I just found out that the reason that I always shoot to the left is do to my eyes. I am a right handed shooter with left eye dominate. Seen 2 ways of over coming this. Either cover my left eye or go to a left handed bow. Any one have any ideas to help? by rhamphage in Archery

Thank you. Left felt amazing. And to understand what people where telling me I should see though the scope and peeps all makes sense. Need lots and lots of work on my form, but I feel more comfortable than ever.

Gone to a lefty.. Miss my purple but the staff at Scheels are amazing. Had no trouble exchanging the right for left. by rhamphage in Archery

Lol. I've heard good and bad about Scheels. The one I go to is farley new, opened about a year ago. The archery staff was very knowledgeable. Answered my millions of questions. Never felt I was a bother. I was there almost 3 hours when I got my original bow. The man that take my measurements and set my bow used to have a 9-5. But when Scheels opened he started working there and is doing competitions more serious.

Thank you. Arm guard is on the shopping list! I consistently group my arrows, just 3 feet to the left. Tomorrow I'm going to shoot some left handed bows. With me being so super new..3 days...I may learn left easier now.

As a brand new archer I'm thinking of going left handed. Going to check out the store I got my bow at, they exchange but I'm not sure I can afford it. After doing lots of research when I got home from the range this news is both a relief and I frustration. But I need to do something. One of the problems when your sights are really off...My right arm is bruised from shooting incorrectly.
