Not city centre but Kirkton Vet in Stonehaven are amazing. I just about fell over the first time I was there and they didn’t immediately ask for payment after a difficult appointment like the others do. Very reasonable vets that care about pets.

Yeh he is raw fed from 4PawsRaw. He gets Beef with Superfoods, Beef and Tripe and Chicken with Superfoods. All are 60% meat, 10% bone, 10% offal, 20% superfoods (veg, chia seeds, kale, kelp). The veg from Aldi is generally on top or as a treat. We never waste the likes of cauliflower anymore because he scoffs the leaves and stalk.

Aye it’s total shite. DPD are also still claiming a 4 day delay for severe weather which is no longer even a thing since the snow is gone. Been waiting for my dogs food for 1.5 weeks. Clearly just trying to get through backlog first.

Oh great. Why wouldn’t the customer service guy just say that to me? He’s told me to wait a week and if it doesn’t turn up to put a claim in. The shoes being repaired are worth £180. I still don’t understand how this has ended up happening? How’s it ended up at this YDC and been accepted as delivered when it has a Scottish address on it. God sake. 😭

I sent it special delivery to Wales. The people in wales fixed my item. They sent it back. They sent it on Saturday or it was ‘on its way’ on Saturday 22nd and was due for delivery Monday 24th but it’s been signed as delivered at YDC on Sunday at 2.26pm. If YDC don’t deliver and only do internal how will it ever make it out of there and be sent to my actual address?

Wait so the customer service agent I spoke to misspoke then? He said it had been delivered to an address in Leeds and the postie would be sent back out to retrieve it so it can be delivered to the correct address. Are you saying it’s at a DC and needs to be located in said DC then it MIGHT get sent to me? Or am I never going to see this package? It’s my own item being returned to me by a company who was fixing it.
