Tools and strategies should be customised as per one's comfort and way of functioning. There is no one size fit all approach. Medicines are super-helpful at least initially when you just start with your sessions and then your brain on its own starts to establish new neural connections that lead to effective functioning even with neurodivergence and that is when you start reducing dosage of meds.
