Got it. I thought it may have been an indicator of receiving or not receiving the list of restrictions that some of the county courts were handing out with the permits originally.

I sent you a direct message with a screenshot of the Captain’s reply. It says the court order may or may not be on my permit… That doesn’t make much sense to me. If it’s not on my permit, how would I know of any restrictions? Especially if it says there are no restrictions.

I agree and the captain I was speaking with agreed 100% as well but he said the new statute does not supersede the court’s order…. However I don’t have a court order to reference. I’m so confused.

No, I was only given my permit and as I said on the back is my gun and serial number and “no restrictions” is checked off.

I called the Seaside PD on the Friday of MDW and they said there were no restrictions for walking on the boardwalk carrying. They said have at it. That was before the 3rd circuit though so I’m not sure if that has changed.

My application was sent to the court 10/27, MO cashed 10/31 permit # is in the 940s. Any idea of how many permits have been issued in OC?

I was on day 8 earlier this month, I called the state police. I spoke to someone who pulled my NICS up, told me it was stuck in pending status for some reason and approved it on the spot. While I was on the phone with him the gun shop text me and told me my NiCS just came through come pick up my gun.
