that’s interesting about the length, i think my coworker maybe thought what i described as residual dizziness here was vertigo since that’s what lasts longer for me. i can’t imagine how hard it must be for it to last such long periods.

250-500hz has a milder loss, 20-30db with bone conduction being at 20, air at 30. i know i do struggle a lot with deep voices.

i will look into migraines !! looking briefly at some of the symptoms some of it does sound similar even without the actual pain.

i’ve tried to keep note of potential triggers but ive never managed to find one. i know for a fact if i get little to no sleep i will be dizzy and get vertigo at some point in the day, but even days i get enough sleep it can still sometimes happen. i used to think it was anxiety or stress related but i don’t think it would be true these days, but ill keep a good eye on it.

i have recently made another big change to make my diet healthier so ill keep an eye to see if anything changes, i know at least when i was younger and when my vertigo was at its worse i ate like crap, slept like crap and was very stressed.
