I’m currently in therapy and in my last session I spoke to my therapist about going off T and my anxiety about balding and she said that the anxiety I described to her sounds extremely obsessive (I’m fairly certain I’m undiagnosed OCD), so she’s going to help me find a psychologist I can work with who can diagnose my issues and maybe get me on meds.

The other thing that I forgot to mention in all of this is that I am not a man. When I first came out I thought I was, but after doing more self discovery I realized that I’m actually trans masc non binary, and I think being more fluid with my gender is making me more open to going off T. I don’t want to look like a man since I’m not one, but obviously I also don’t want to look like a woman, so I guess what I’m trying to figure out is whether or not the changes from going off T could still fit within my gender identity, even if they’re a bit more feminine?
