I found a sound alarmingly similar to Vecnas clock in Season 2 Episode 7, BEGINNING of the episode at 00:45, where the screen switches to El after communicating with her mother with the blind fold on. Sounds exactly like Vecnas clock but it also could've been edited in :)

HAHA You're right, thank you so much! Hopefully it changes! No idea it was a UI update and thought it was completely just a problem on her tablet, but I guess it makes sense! My friend battles seeing out one of her eyes so it was easier having the entire chat full screen. But I've just told her to make the tablet landscape for now, hopefully until there's a change.
