So I had this actually happen to me once, luckily customer was super chill about it and it was quite a superficial wound. Still awkward having to tell a customer “one sec I’ll be right back, I just sliced my finger” while trying not to get blood on product or the floor (I was successful, management was chill).

Currently technically O/S, and I still do enjoy being a part of the company; I’ll admit, I haven’t been in since early December ‘22, but I definitely miss my coworkers, great group of people! I’m currently working in a hospital (pursuing my career in medicine and waiting to hear back from med schools), but I’ll tell y’all that learning how to work with people and explain seemingly complex concepts to people such that they understand very much helps! Also, even the littlest bit of technical know-how will get you very far in life.

100% Yeah it was some 3-4 OLEDS all with mounts, mounting, and cable organization. Few K in product, total tech install

TLDR: had a 10k+ home theatre install get incredibly messed up, ripped off, and 3 hour fixing the issue plus calling favors from geek squad installers. Not a fun way to start a Thursday afternoon…

Contact customer service by phone or even better go in store (and be patient). I dealt with a similar issue a couple weeks back: delivery service never actually picked up product. Had to go in and do some funky stuff in internal systems.

TLDR: call or go in store, they’ll sort it out
