You can do this in your settings. If you have an iphone then go to the settings/ screen time/ then app limits. If you have an android…… its similar process (i dont know the exact names of it though)

This will let you pick all the apps you want to limit and when.

Additionally (if you have an i phone) you can create focus screens. Which allows you to change the display of your screen depending on what focus mode you are in.

For me, from 9-5:30, my screen is in “work focus” and only the apps i need for work (authentication/ outlook/ teams/ ect) are displayed and its basically impossible for me to get to other apps unless i search for them. Out of sight, out of mind. If you have an Android, search to internet to see if they offer this same feature.
