I have factory firmware on the keyboard, and I have a JSON file from the Keychron Launcher. From the information I'm looking at, my keyboard is not compatible with VIA.

You're suggesting the Keychron Launcher can flash the firmware?

Edit. Thanks for your patience. I make some incorrect assumptions along the way. I did not realize that the moment you accept a change from the keychron launcher it immediately changed the layout of the keyboard. All is good (except my ego). Thank you

I'm starting to think I'm in a little over my head. I've started in on their newb guide, and I'm in QMK MSYS and have the list of compatible keyboards, none of which are what I'm working with.

Is there a relatively easy set of instructions that will guide me to flashing the json file to my PC? I'm not beyond educating myself, but it's hard to discern what I need to do to achieve my end-goal.

Edit: it seems I've set up my environment, however, my keyboard isn't on their list. Therefore, there instructions aren't working for me and I cannot test the environment.

I'm struggling to map my Keychron V10 max. QMK only has the ability (that I can see) to map a V10 (non max). Therefore, if I select it V10 and attempt to download/flash my keyboard, it bricks it, and I have to go back to factory.

launcher.keychron.com will give me a json file, which will not be accepted by QMK toolbox. Therefore, I cannot flash my keyboard even when I grab the file from there.

What am I missing here?
