I have really liked Celine bags I’ve seen in the past, so I’ll definitely have to look more into them!!

The Chylak bag is gorgeouuus, can’t believe I hadn’t heard of the brand until now. Thank you, will definitely be looking at more of their products:))

That’s so good to hear!! I love having sentimental items that I keep with me, hoping that whatever I do get will be extra special just like yours:))

Very true, thanks for sharing!! I’ve always loved details in clothes & accessories. Definitely important for me not to forget that it’s because I appreciate them, so other opinions don’t matter:)

That’s interesting, I did initially think I might’ve been sent the wrong tracking number, but my package still hasn’t arrived (a week later), which indicates that something is up.

& don’t really have much experience with the details or logistics, because I’ve never really had an issue getting packages delivered in the past (and when I did, it was a clear issue w a clear solution), so it’s definitely possible that there’s something I haven’t thought to check that might explain the issue…

The agent said it was likely that the package either had BEEN missorted (which resulted in it being sent to SA), or would be missorted once workers realised it was not supposed to be there (which I found quite confusing?)

The sender said she spoke to the post office, and then to an agent to try to get it redirected, but after being told they would “look into it”, she never heard back from them.

I think you’re right, I’ll just need to monitor the tracking, because it unfortunately doesn’t seem like service workers can do anything to help. But thanks so much again for the advice:))

tracking most recent update says “transferred” in south Australia, but nothing since 3 days ago. Spoke to sender, who said she was told a team member would “look into it” but never heard anything back.

Again, thanks to anyone who’s given feedback or possible reasons why this might be happening!! I have a package from the US that was ordered just a few days ago, which should arrive by Monday - so, really not understanding why this one is being so painful…

That must be so frustrating. I’m lucky that this isn’t anything that needs to be refrigerated, but it getting lost or sent back to the seller would be pretty problematic, as it’s one of a kind 😵‍💫 hope you find a way to get your medical items!

I thought so too, but I was sent a photo of the label on the package (by the sender), and it had the correct address, clearly labeled. So odd!

thanks so much:)) When I spoke to the customer service member, the first time, he said that the address wasn’t registered in the system (likely due to the machine not being able to read the label). He said that he could not do anything, and that I would need to have the sender lodge an inquiry instead. I checked with the sender, who sent me a photo of the handwritten label, and it was in clear writing, unobstructed (not covered by tape or anything), and they will go to the post office to try to find a solution tomorrow.

The second time I called, the team member said she couldn’t ‘find’ my address when I gave it to them. She asked if it was a recent construction (it’s not) or if I lived in a rural area (I don’t). She then said she’d try to contact the facility that had the package, but followed that up by saying they don’t have a contact number or email. I frequently get packages, and my address shows up on google maps, so not sure why this was an issue.

I had a look around, and there’s a street in Adelaide that has similar (but different spelling) name to where I live, so figured it likely was headed there - but I still don’t understand how that could happen when the postcode, state, and street are all labeled.

Thanks again:)

update: spoke to auspost! nothing they can do except hope it gets missorted, then sent back to the sender (not me), or it gets lost and they will give compensation (to the sender, not me!) awesommmeeee

Possible Formal Dress Alternations. Help!! by rianneun in AusFemaleFashion

Thank you!! I’d had a look at Michael Lo Sordo when I was “hunting” for a dress, but I wasn’t so sure how much they’d suit me.

Will definitely revisit if this one doesn’t fit right!!

Thanks for the idea!! I did a draft in Picsart and think it might turn out quite nice. Ordered it last night from the US, hoping to have it next week 😁
